Winter Is Here!
It’s a time to slow down, rest and reflect on the cycle that was, while laying the foundations for a new one to begin.
Most people think that Winter is the end of the cycle but it’s also the beginning – or you could call it the liminal space. The resting period that comes after and before growth.
How do you feel about Winter?
For some of us there’s a sense of guilt about the slowing down. A sense that our worth is coming into question because we aren’t achieving as much.
For others, it’s a reflective time. A chance to cosy up and embrace hygge, building connections with loved ones at home.
For me, I find it a creative time. After a summer of activity and socialising, and an Autumn of getting things done, I love to sit in my creative cave and rest, read, write think or imagine what might come in the Spring.
However you feel about Winter, I’d love to invite you to join me on a beautiful seasonal retreat.
