Today I want to introduce you to a modality that is closely linked with slow and cyclical living. Ayurveda is a lifestyle philosophy that guides us to understand ourselves at a deeper level.

My guest today Harmony Robinson-Stagg from Harmony Inspired Health gives us an overview of Ayurveda and how we can use it to live a life more attuned to nature and our natural selves. Harmony is an Ayurveda & Integrative Health Practitioner and also a registered nurse, a pilates and barre instructor and has many other integrative qualifications.  

I love discovering new ways to bring more slow to our lives and this is going to be one I will personally be looking into much more now!
