Today we are talking about ways to slow down your life as a mum. When life is full of commitment, chores, responsibilities, and obligations, there’s not much capacity for us left to enjoy life or to find the time and enjoy the things we really want to be doing. It is my belief that life actually meant to be indulged in. It means being in the moment. 2020 hasn’t really gone as anyone has planned it. This year we can commit to more slowness in your life.
