Today I wanted to chat with you about slow living as a movement and how I think it’s a movement that’s really hidden in plain sight. Surprisingly, I didn’t come up with it, it’s actually a thing, and I’ve been a student of slow living for a long time. The more I learn and the more I implement, the more I realize that slow living is deeply ingrained in me as a person and I enjoy the moment a bit more. I never felt capable of hustling and rushing through life, now I know why and in a way it’s a superpower.
