Hi, I’m Rachelle.

Mother. Wife. Businesswoman. Podcaster. Burn Out Coach. Embracer of Slow Living.

Pre-kids, I got two degrees in Business, was practising as a qualified life coach, and helped my husband run his business. I really believed I had life all figured out.

After starting a family, I felt overwhelmed and lost. But it turns out I was just in unfamiliar territory. Life got busier, but my world got smaller.

Through the discovery of slow living I realised what makes life fulfilled and intentional. I’ve been where you are and now wish to show you that you can change the direction of your life.
